3. Service Appointments
When you schedule a service appointment:
- Appointments are subject to technician availability
- We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- No-show fees may apply for missed appointments
4. Pricing and Payment
All service quotes are provided upfront and are valid for 30 days. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods.
5. Warranty
All repairs come with a warranty covering parts and labor. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided at the time of service completion. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
6. Limitation of Liability
ApplianceCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the appliance and issue
- Ensuring safe access to the appliance
- Removing personal items from appliances before service
- Being present or providing access during scheduled appointments
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- The appliance is unsafe to work on
- The customer is abusive or threatening
- The appliance is beyond economical repair
- Payment cannot be secured
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ApplianceCare and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
10. Changes to Terms
